Located in the Foundry Building at 1050 30th Street, NW and overlooking the C&O Canal, Georgetown will occupy an historic structure built in 1856 to house the Duvall Foundry. In addition to 37 private offices and some of the most spectacular conference space in Washington DC, the center boasts a private terrace overlooking the C&O Canal, and will have a twelve station co-working center.
