Granite Park Two - Frisco Center opened in the year 2000, when Frisco was referred to as the "Oklahoma border" by Dallas residents; now it is the new heart of North Dallas.

Granite Park encompasses the southeast corner of Hwy. 121 and Dallas North Tollway on the Frisco/Plano border providing quick access to DFW airport. The park consists of three office buildings, a retail center, exercise facilities, training centers, restaurants and bars. Stonebriar Mall is located to the north and Legacy Town Center to the south; surrounded by more office, restaurants and shopping. Convenient access to the corporate headquarters of Frito-Lay, JCPenney, EDS, Ericsson, and many more.

Frisco Center has 70+ offices ranging from 120 to 325 square feet with exterior, interior and atrium views, all with a No-Risk, NO-TERM Agreement. There are two conference rooms, locking mailboxes, vending machines, fully equipped break room and a building deli. As a full service business center, we provide high speed Internet access and have an abundance available. We also provide copying, catering, postage, faxing, client support, and computer support services, as well as office supplies, equipment rental and the customer service that you deserve. Covered parking is an amenity for our clients.
